A polite reminder to all clients that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, except in emergencies, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This is to cover our time and outgoings as we usually cannot fill a slot with such short notice.
